Our systems are used by around 55 housing organisations, with a considerable presence in Scotland, as part of an overall public sector customer base which also includes Local Government, Education and Health.
We offer a range of secure and convenient payment channels that will offer customer choice, reduce costs and deliver staff efficiencies and have payment security and PCI DSS compliance at the core of the service.
In terms of PCI DSS, we can reduce the scope of your compliance overhead, as payment processing takes place within state-of the-art PCI DSS Level 1 data centres. We are a participating organisation within the PCI Security Standards Council and are fully committed to ensuring that card security sits at the core of our product portfolio.
These include online, face-to-face, automated telephone, mobile and call centre solutions, with the choice of using all or a mix of these, each of which can be deployed alongside any existing solutions that customers wish to retain.
Handling over 255 million card payments annually, allows us to offer our customers market leading transaction rates, which consistently deliver cost savings. We also manage 5 million over-the-counter payments each year, through partnership with the Post Office and PayPoint.
We employ over 200 staff, whose sole remit is the development, support and promotion of our product portfolio. Our aim is to create better outcomes for those organisations that use our solutions and for the customers that they serve.
